The Texas AgriLife Extension Service is offering a three week class on, “Cooking Well with Hypertension,” at the Stephenville Senior Citizens Center, located at 164 E College Street.  In this class you will learn:   The basics of the Dash Diet, how to shop at the grocery store, and how using herbs and spices to reduce sodium and flavor food.  The class is free and open to the public.  Class is from 9-10 am.
