NEW!! The 16th Annual Texas Steak Cook-Off’s FIRST COOK-OFF KICK-OFF PARTY!! on the Friday night before the cook-off. Brought to you by the Hico Economic Development Corporation.

An exclusive COOK-OFF KICK-OFF & Taste of Hico party featuring The Tejas Brothers and the Push N Luck Band and great food from Hico’s unique restaurants and food trucks (included) and domestic beer.

Simultaneously, a FREE TO THE PUBLIC street dance will be held in front of the Post Office on First Street featuring the music of Gary Anderson & The Moonlighters.
