This Friday at 11 AM, the Mineral Wells Fossil Park will host the 13th Annual Crazy Fossil Dig, a free, public event celebrating both Texas Archeology Month and National Earth Science Week (October 12−18). Visitors can participate in a special day of fossil hunting, with experts from the Dallas Paleontological Society on hand to assist with fossil identification. The event will also feature fossil displays, hands-on activities, and history lessons about the park, offering a fun and educational experience for all who wish to attend.
