The City of Granbury’s Building Department released their monthly building permit numbers for October 2020, and the numbers show Granbury is continuing its outstanding growth patterns … despite the COVID-19 pandemic! The permit numbers from October 1-31, 2020 show double-digit growth in many categories from the same time in 2019. For example, permits from new residential electrical construction went from 20 in 2019, to 58 for 2020. The number of residential permits went from 44 requests in 2019, to 63 this year.
