The Granbury Theatre Company announced Wednesday that it is suspending operations and closing the historic Granbury Opera House until further notice due to COVID-19. Although the GTC developed protocols that “exceeded state and local requirements,” the measures “are not enough given the rise of cases in our state and the recent positive cases within our own theatre,” the announcement by the GTC’s management stated.
