Lake Granbury Water Safety Day Saturday May 4th at Rough Creek Park. MAY THE FOURTH BE LIFE SAVING!
Drowning is nothing like you see on TV. It’s not loud. There’s not much splashing. It can happen in only 1 inch of water. And it can happen within the length of this message; it’s that quick. This summer, the Brazos River Authority urges everyone to ensure their children have properly fitting US Coast Guard lifejackets. Always actively supervise children in and around water. Don’t leave, even for a moment.
Even a near-drowning incident can have lifelong consequences.
