Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at Tin Top Hwy. and Roberson Ct. Before the stop, Pedro Delfino Enriquez a 33 Year old was observed tossing 4 grams of meth out a vehicle window. Enriquez was arrested and charged with manufacturing and dealing of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with evidence.
