Mineral Wells ISD is looking into building a new agriculture barn closer to the school. The Mineral Wells ISD board of trustees unanimously approved the request for qualifications for design and construction services for an ag science facility. The new barn will be around 13,000 square feet, which will hold around 30 pigs, 20 goats and sheep and 10 pens for cattle. The facility might include a practice arena, feed storage, and other support rooms.
