Mysterious Seeds From China Are Identified By The USDA

Since late July, many people all over the country have been receiving mysterious seeds from china. USDA Officials Report that they have identified some seeds as Mint, Rosemary, and Hibiscus seeds. Even Though most of these seeds have been identified as harmless, the USDA discourages people from planting them.
