The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has begun stocking hundreds of locations through out the state with Rainbow Trout. In Glen Rose yesterday, employees with the Possum Kingdom Fish Hatchery showed up shortly before 1 p.m. and pumped in 1,000 trout for anglers who line up on the shoreline ready to cast a line. Other locations in our area that are scheduled to be stocked with the Rainbow Trout include Weatherford on Dec. 7, and the Stephenville City Park is expected to receive 1,000 trout on Feb. 14.
